Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 June 2026

1. Who we are

Mukaji ("Mukaji", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Telma Fjelltveit, an individual seller doing business as Mukaji ("the Seller"). By accessing or using Mukaji (the "Service") you ("you", "User") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using the Service as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

Mukaji is a performance-intelligence journal for women traders. It includes daily check-ins, cycle and mood tracking, pre- and post-trade reflection, analytics, an educational Learning Academy, and — for Premium subscribers — AI-generated personalized insights and reports. Mukaji is an educational and self-reflection tool. It is not financial, medical, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Acceptance

By creating an account, starting a free trial, paying for a subscription, or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

4. Account & accuracy

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone;
  • upload malware, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the Service or any of its content;
  • resell, redistribute, or circumvent any technical limits or access controls.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, branding, lesson material, and design, is owned by the Seller or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased. You retain ownership of the content you enter (your journal entries, reflections, and tracking data); you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Service level

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

8. Payments, subscriptions & refunds

Subscriptions to Mukaji Premium are sold through our reseller, Paddle (see Section 9). Payment, billing, currency, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. A summary of our refund position is set out on our Refund Policy page. Plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; on cancellation you retain access until the end of the paid period.

9. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Trading & wellness disclaimer

Mukaji provides educational content and self-tracking tools only. Information, lessons, AI-generated insights, and recommendations within the Service are for general informational and educational purposes and are not financial, investment, trading, medical, mental-health, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend any specific trade, position size, asset, or course of treatment. You are solely responsible for your own trading and health decisions and outcomes. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

11. AI-generated content

Premium reports, patterns, and recommendations are produced in part by automated systems and large language models. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for how you use AI output and for verifying its accuracy before acting on it. You retain rights to your input data; you grant us a limited license to process it to generate your reports.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, in the event of: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period; you may request export of your journal data before termination.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

17. Assignment & force majeure

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms: contact Telma Fjelltveit through the Service. Billing, refund, and invoice questions are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.
