Mukaji is operated by Telma Fjelltveit and sold through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. We want you to feel confident trying Mukaji Premium.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Mukaji Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

7-day free trial

Mukaji Premium includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time from your account before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If a charge does occur and you wish to be refunded, the 30-day guarantee above still applies.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the relevant invoice and choose "Request a refund".
  3. Or, contact us through the Service and we will help arrange it with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. If you cancel outside the refund window, you will not be charged for the next billing period, and you will keep access to Premium features until the end of your current paid period.
